Currently, there are many meditation techniques that allow you to relieve your mind, find peace of mind, relieve tension in your muscles, restore mental and physical health, and also reveal your potential.


In the 21st century, life is determined not only by opportunities for personal growth, but also by various health risks.

 The most common human health problems are: disruption of the cardiovascular system, weakened immunity, problems of the musculoskeletal system, metabolic disorders in the body, upset nervous system, feeling of weakness, apathy, stress, etc


Meditation has a positive effect on the internal processes of the body:


- relieves mental and physical stress, reduces stress;


- improves metabolism and brain activity;


- strengthens the immune system;


- restore energy faster;


While practicing meditation, sit comfortably so that your body is relaxed and your mind is calm.


When meditating, you can use “mudras,” special joints of the fingers, the most famous, for example, the jnana mudra, or the mudra of knowledge, when the thumb and forefinger are connected on the hands, and the other fingers are straightened and relaxed.


Close your eyes, smile, take a deep breath and exhale slowly, relaxing every cell in your body. Direct all your attention inside the body, to the sensations of muscle relaxation, the pulse inside the body, the feeling of calm and warmth throughout the body. Watch the pictures and thoughts that arise in your head, be aware of yourself in your body, rejoice within yourself.


Keep breathing calmly, slowly slowing down and lengthening your exhalation. Further actions depend on your goals and on the choice of the meditation technique itself.
