The global constitutional ideal is the search for the ideals of government in the history of legal thought and in modern legal theory and practice. The idea of the ideal of law was noted in the theory of "reasonable law" by I. Kant and in "formally rational law" by M. Weber.
With the diversity of human interest, clear contours today acquire the common interest of mankind. We are faced with the task of global unification of efforts in overcoming the crisis of civilization in order to preserve the human race.
