Updated: Jan 30, 2019

The need for global law as a compulsory institution today is obvious and indisputable: the strongest argument in its favor lies on the surface - the global world community exists, but is not governed in a single legal field by means of universally binding for all participants of global interaction of current legislation. No matter how complex and ambiguous the idea of global law may be, it needs multidimensional design and broad public debate.
