On September 16-19, 2019, Cannes will host the Annual Forum of the International Alliance of Lawyers and Economists.
The International Alliance of Lawyers and Economists was established in accordance with the law of July 1, 1901 and the decree of August 16, 1901 of the French Republic.
Created and managed by lawyers and scholars from different countries in order to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experience in order to promote the development of law in many of its aspects: international treaties, arbitration, digital economy, competition and investment.
The President of the Global Union 2050, Natalina Litvinova, will take part in the forum. The plenary session will present the report "The Humanization of Digital Technologies in Public Administration".
Also, in the forum program, there will be a presentation of the Digital Law textbook by the authors of the Russian legal scholars and experts on information and psychological security. Natalina Litvinova, as an expert at the Eurasian Information and Analytical Consortium, author of projects on the digital economy and information and psychological security, prepared the first chapter of the textbook “Information as a Strategic Resource of the Digital Economy”.
The forum is scheduled for the ceremonial signing of a cooperation agreement between the Global Union 2050 and the International Alliance of Lawyers and Economists.
